Dr Inakshi Kapur’s extensive academic journey began at Rajasthan University, where she graduated first class with a Bachelor’s degree in commerce. She went on to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from M S Ramaiah Institute of Management, Bengaluru in Marketing and Banking. With a growing interest in the field of education, she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Education, followed by Masters in Commerce. Dr Inakshi is UGC NET qualified and has completed her Doctorate in Entrepreneurship and Human Resources.

As a firm believer in continuous learning, Dr Inakshi has attended various FDPs and workshops conducted by institutes of repute and holds multiple course certification issued by NPTEL. She has published research papers in various journals of international repute, indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. She has written multiple book chapters indexed in Scopus and holds two copyrights to her credit. Dr Inakshi’s areas of interest include social entrepreneurship, corporate entrepreneurship, change and organizational development, talent management, and behavior dynamics.

Currently, Dr Inakshi Kapur is serving as an Assistant Professor at Department of Management at Lloyd Business School.
