Monika Kadam joined Lloyd Group of Institutions in 2023 as an Assistant Professor having more than 7 years of experience. She is UGC NET qualified, pursuing PhD from Symbiosis International University and has done M. Com. from Jamia Millia Islamia University, and an MBA from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. After completing her Master’s her passion for academics drove her to choose a teaching career.
Her academic interests are Accounting, Project Management, and Financial Management. She has participated in workshops and FDPs, presented research papers at various National and International Conferences, and published articles.
She believes in the overall development of students and invests time in motivating and guiding students to excel in all aspects of life. Building caring relationships with students has held her in good stead during her teaching career.
