Dr. FehminaKhalique is a PhD and MBA in Human Resource Management and currently works as an Professor with Lloyd Business School, Greater Noida. She is associated with academics for the past 20 years in the area of HRM. She has many years of industry experience in India and the United States in the field of management. She has to her credit several Management Development Programs, Faculty Development Programs and National/International Conferences. She enjoys being a corporate trainer, soft skills counsellor and management consultant for corporate executives and students. She is also involved in copywriting, editing and reviewing research articles/Case Studies along with publication in Journals of repute like UGC Care, Scopus Indexed and ABDC Journals. In her free time, she likes to do some social work and deliver free career counseling sessions for students on honing their inter-personal and corporate-communication skills.
