Expert Talk on "Behaviorally Anchored Rating Method For Self Introspection and Appraisal for Sensitized Corporate Presence During Internships."

A workshop was conducted at Lloyd Business School, on the topic of Behaviorally Anchored Rating Methods for self-introspection and appraisal for sensitized corporate presence during internships. It was organized by PGDM students. The workshop stressed some key behavioral anchored questions that are addressed during interviews and require very skilled answers.

The intention of the workshop was to require support and certain key skill-building in their self-introspection and behavioral modifications as reflected from the post-interview feedback which would assist them to better create an image and persona in the corporate during Internship or in the process of search for an Internship through self-realization of behavioral modifications in a corporate setting.

The trainer for the session was Prof Kapoor (expert in BARS) supported by Dr. Neetu Kamra Associate Professor Lloyd Business School. The student's response and feedback have been phenomenal and beyond expectations which is resounds the takeaway from the session.
