Workshop on “Team Building and Conflict Resolution” 29TH Jan 2022

29TH Jan 2022 A team achieves more than an individual - if it is well managed and the team members work together in harmony keeping the spirit of cohesiveness a 3-hour workshop was conducted on 29th January, 2022 by Prof. SC Kapoor and Dr.NeetuKamra for Management Students at Lloyd. The intent of the workshop was to support teams in achieving common goals, creating a positive culture of debate and developing the team’s personality.

What sounds simple in theory, requires systematic work in the practice which was dealt with scintillating stories, management games, group exercises, advertisements, and anecdotes recitation. In the team building programs therefore the use of instruments that convey direct experiences of how a team works well together, what drives a team’s performance and what serves to simplify cooperation which was the winning edge of the success of the program. The workshop was attended online by 80 students of Management, the platform dealt with conflict resolution as well which is equally important to celebrate in dynamic and creative teams.The students feedback as well was recorded which was a great motivator and booster.
