The management department of Lloyd Group of Institutions organised a webinar for BBA students through zoom meet on 28 July 2022. The idea behind the webinar was to build confidence among students, provide positive values. The guest invited for the day was Lt. Dr.Ruchi Gangwani , Personality Transformation, Executive Presence and International Pageant Coach.

The program started with a welcome note of the guests by Prof. (Dr.) Vandana Arora Sethi, Group Director, Lloyd Group of Institutions. The event took place under the initiative of Prof Dr.Shilpi Sarna, HOD, BBA. The program started with insightful words by Lt.Dr.Ruchi Gangwani by speaking on Self-confidence which is the basic requirement of an individual, which cannot be provided by education.

She has also focused on various lessons of life; personality types; and the principles of law (looks, actions, and words) for the students. She has also suggested the book written by Khorshed Bhavnagri on The Law of the Spirit World to the students to find out the answers to their life's questions.

At the end of the session, students posed various questions to the guest on student life opportunities and challenges.

The esteemed guests were felicitated with a Virtual Memento, as a token of gratitude by Prof. (Dr.) Vandana Arora Sethi, Group Director.
