Objectives:

The primary objectives of the session includes : to provide students with an understanding of Emotional Intelligence along with highlighting the importance of Emotional Intelligence in personal and professional life. Also, to equip students with tools and techniques to enhance their Emotional Intelligence.

Detailed Report:

Lloyd Business School has invited Founder of The Psychology Solutions Mr. Akshay Agarwal who is an enthusiastic speaker, a corporate trainer and a personal coach. Students of Post-Graduation enthusiastically attended the session which was mainly focused on how to know and manage your emotions in order to be successful in corporate world. Mr. Akshay made the session extremely interactive as he continued to ask student’s strengths and weaknesses. The session became very interesting as Mr. Akshay introduced the 4 basic stages of managing one emotions, which students find really insightful. At the last, he ended the session with the quote “Do not look at the words, look at emotions of the people”. The students asked questions in the question answer round. Dr. Ruchi Garg facilitated Mr. Akshay with a planter and certificate.
