Objectives:

The TAPFIN Session on 10th Nov 2023 aimed to provide valuable insights to the PGDM Batch 2022-24 about Manpower Group's hiring strategies and the Managed Service Provider (MSP) model.

Detailed Report:

The session was welcomed by the group director- Dr Vandana Arora Sethi Ma’am motivated the students to explore opportunities of new learning and growth in organizations today. The session was headed by Director Tapfin: Mr Rahul Murdeshwar and his Team.

The session concluded for Manpower Group: Tapfin, who discussed the MSP model of hiring ( A managed service provider (MSP), which is a third-party company that remotely manages a customer's information technology (IT) infrastructure and end-user systems). TAPFIN explained their Manpower planning strategies for clients by understanding the roadmaps, strategies of growth and likewise source the right manpower to the clients through various defined processes and IT platforms. The scope would involve HR-Operations, Operations: handling the entire project flow and Marketing and Sales for getting clients and explaining the products to them. Details on OJT will be shared shortly.

Learning Outcomes:

Understanding MSP Model: Participants gained insights into the MSP model of hiring, comprehending its role as a third-party provider managing IT infrastructure.

Manpower Planning Strategies: Students learned about TAPFIN's meticulous approach to manpower planning, considering client roadmaps and growth strategies.

Operational Dynamics: Insights were provided into the integral role of TAPFIN in HR- Operations and Operations, ensuring the smooth flow of projects.
