Dr. Shubh Arora carries with herself an illustrative experience of more than 14+ years, working at various levels with renowned academic institutions, commencing with her graduation from HNB, Garhwal University, where she earned a degree in commerce. Subsequently, she obtained a postgraduate degree in marketing & finance. She has completed her doctorate in Marketing.

Her commitment to continuous improvement is evident through her various certifications, including Refresher Course on Quality Research & Teaching Methodology from UGC-HRDC, Jodhpur.

Her research proficiency shines through her extensive publication record, which includes over 10 papers in esteemed national and international journals, indexed with SCOPUS, ABDC, UGC, and other databases. Her areas of expertise encompass services marketing, consumer behavior, retail management, digital marketing, and marketing management.

At present, Dr. Shubh Arora is serving as an Associate Professor at Lloyd Business School.
