Lloyd Mentorship Program (LMP) “Drishti” (The power to envisage) ONLINE April 30th, 2022

Mentoring is a vital component in the development of any individual or institution – business or educational. Some recent management thinkers believe that mentoring has its origin in the ancient Greeks. But I’ve reasons to think that it is much earlier. Vedic literature, including the Vedas, Upanishads, and Puranas contain extensive records and stories of Raja-rishis (royal sages, better translated as royal mentors) mentoring princes from a young age and providing them counseling and direction whenever sought. Mentoring reflects overall the role of the guru in Indian society, which is central to all eendeavours

In light of the above Lloyd Business School launched and inaugurated the Curtain Raiser Event at Lloyd Business School Lloyd Mentorship Program (LMP) “Drishti”(The power to envisage),ONLINE, Date: 30th April 2022, Saturday, 2 pm onwards .The session was launched by Dr. Vandana Arora Sethi (Group Director, Lloyd Group of Institutions). The welcome address was conducted by Prof. (Dr.) Ashok Tiwari (Director, Lloyd Business School). Prof SC Kapoor discussed the conceptual note for the LMP and introduced the elite panel of 17 corporate mentors from industry.
