The objective of the event was to collaborate academia with industry under the presence of Mr. Naveen Seth – Assistant Secretary General (PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and Mr. Mayank Chhatwal – Secretary, (PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry). The Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Lloyd Group of Institutions and PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry which aims to essentially provide a diversified and large membership base of industry access to students of Lloyd, to provide the expertise of industry intellectuals and mentors comprising representatives of member companies and to provide greater opportunities for career building for students through workshops, webinars, seminars, internships.

MR. VINIT MEHRA

Vinit Mehra is an experienced sales & marketing business leader, with over 13+ years of business experience.

In the first 10 years of his career, Vinit built a strong foundation in the Education/Publishing industry with most of his business and leadership experience forged at Orient BlackSwan. Over 8+ years at Orient BlackSwan, Vinit worked across states, P&L and marketing roles with rich exposure across rural areas too. His last role in Orient BlackSwan was as the Regional Business Head.
Previously, Vinit was the Associate Director for Partnerships at Unacademy, with a mandate to strengthen Unacademy’s B2B tie up's for revenue generation & direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategy to build a direct relationship with the multiple partners in India & Middle East to increase traction. Prior to this role, Vinit was the DGM (Strategic Partnerships) at Cambridge University Press & Assessments helping build a 21st century Higher Education & Adult vertical. Vinit was previously leading Partnership, Alliances & Monetisation for OYO. Prior to OYO, Vinit was the Regional Director for Sales at Prozo.

Vinit is an alumnus of Delhi Public School, RK Puram, holds B.A in Marketing Management & Retail Business from the University of Delhi and MBA from Institute of Marketing & Management, New Delhi.
